Studies have shown that hypnosis can be effective at relieving pain, and I use the most advanced Pain Relief hypnosis techniques in the profession.
Hypno-anesthesia can reduce and provide relief for all kinds of pain from mild discomfort to severe chronic pain. Learning methods of hypno-anesthesia can help you with your pain.
Most clients feel some relief in the first session, and in 5 sessions you can learn hypno-anesthesia to control the pain yourself – giving you control over your own life back.
My sessions are customized and individualized just for you based on your own unique circumstances and needs.

How does it work?
You must firstly check with your doctor that hypnosis is safe to use for your condition. This is usually not an issue; however, it’s important that I know you have already worked with your doctor to determine the cause and recommended course of treatment.
Once you have seen your doctor, we will schedule your sessions. On average I work with clients on Pain Relief for at least 5 sessions. The first session we learn more about your specific situation and how it is impacting your life.
Sessions are scheduled once a week, and the systematic process ensures the hypnosis sessions are more powerful each week as we build on techniques that are working specifically for you.
You will need to be committed and practice these techniques at home. Hypnosis works by rewiring your brain – and that take some time and practice. The good news is that a lot of insight and very rapid changes take place during the in-person hypnosis sessions then you will continue the work in the privacy of your own home.
Once you feel comfortable on a day to day basis that you are able to reduce your pain with hypnosis and self-hypnosis, I will work with you on a plan for the long-term that will keep you feeling better over time.

My practice is influenced by Positive psychology, Human Givens psychology, Buddhist Psychology and Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Focusing, Emotional Intelligence, Positive NeuroPlasticity Therapies and Hypnosis.
